30 day money back policy
Very simple- if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us and then ship it back. All items ship only after they have passed strict quality control guidelines. We guarantee there will be no manufacture defects, but wood color and grain is out of our control. All frames and thimble display cases are inspected many times over for substandard quality in material (cracked or chipped wood). Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer.
90 day warranty policy
Your item is protected against failure of mechanical or material flaws. An example would be that your thimble display case sliding door works great except when it rains causing excessive humidity and thereby causing the wood to swell slightly. During these times the door sticks. In this example, causes outside of our control are affecting our product. Contact us first for further instructions. Your item will be repaired or replaced if deemed necessary.
Shipping Rate Policy
No hidden shipping fees. We use a flat rate scale if shipping within the United States. Since all cases are custom made, all shipping dates are subject to date of completion. For example, if you request overnight shipping, your case will be shipped overnight from the day of completion, not overnight from the date you order.

International Customers: Currently we ship to Canada, England, Ireland, and Scotland. You may request a shipping quote before ordering; OR, you will be sent an exact shipping quote including Customs tax within 48 hours of your purchase.

Free glass replacement
We will repair your glass from one of our frames or display cases free of labor and material charges for up to one year. You will be responsible for shipping and handling, and insurance only.
What does proceeds mean?
Proceeds is the sum remaining after materials and other expenses have been remitted. A portion of the proceeds will be donated on an annual basis.

**All pictures of thimble display cases and exotic wood picture frames are representative of the type of wood. Your order will have slightly different shading or coloration depending on the wood you have chosen. However, each piece of wood we use is HAND picked and cut specially to give the best appearance.
